Why does all of this dishonest behavior pattern exist even to begin with? The answer is obvious! Look at what kind of souls are incarnated into all of these physical forms. You say you can't read them. I can. Most all of these incarnated souls that are being placed into this planet through physical birth have no developed internal values whatsoever and they don't give a hoot about it. Internally they are unkind, cruel, cagey, sneaky, killers, disrespectful, liars, manipulators, greedy, dishonest. Also the female part of the duality quickly makes readjustments in how to use their physical features which they find themselves put into through their incarnation to obtain whatever they can grab.
Obviously what most of these incarnated souls walking around inside this planetary garbage dump want is all the cash that they can grab! With cash they can buy tons of useless physical possessions and when they finally die off their souls are recycled back into this planet or others that are equivalent to this one and the whole worthless ball game repeats itself again, ad infinitum!
Earth the planet of no values! Never ending bank bail outs, health care fraud, corporate thievery, phony insane conjured up wars and etc.
To top it all off those souls who have made it to their Black Mountain Top inside this planetary garbage domain here which they have over taken and control such as occupying all important government, corporate, etc. positions all in the name of cash are linked right in to all of their same kinds of souls who are at those lower cash positions of importance and running the show there such as the health care insurance carriers, pharmaceutical companies, banks, etc. and keep on protecting their buddies by fixing the laws, rules, regulations, etc. so that their buddies can keep on hauling in tons of cash. While this is all taking place, their buddies at the lower cash hauling positions feed tons of cash back up to the top of the black mountain again keeping this feedback loop always in perpetual motion!

However, they will probably charge you a fee just to get the banks list of fees from them claiming that they have to cover their printing charges otherwise they will be loosing cash!
Obviously the crooked banking industry is protected by the Federal Government and the courts which themselves are dishonest. Yep. It seems that almost everybody is getting paid off behind the scenes and under the table so that all of this legal crookedness never stops.

Citizens Bank use to be the old Charter Bank until they bought them and then totally ruined them and all of us customers that were members of the Charter Bank.
In fact, at the very beginning of this banking fiasco buyout I was standing in front of a teller making a transaction and she told me that the people are leaving in mass finding other banks to go to!
I bailed out of here too eventually. Unfortunately later I went back to this bank.
I always sign up wherever I go to for online banking because its very important to watch and observe what their accounting is doing to you after you have made your transactions everywhere throughout the planet of cash!
All the time I keep on watching their delayed posting tactics which really screws you up in preventing you from creating over draft charges. While this delayed posting tactic is being done you better also be recording all your transactions in your check book so that you can do a cross checking of the dates when you made the transaction and when they finally decided to post it. What these bankers will tell you is that they haven't received the transaction from the merchant yet to post it. However, a seven day delay to post a transaction is outrageous and totally phony.
The Citizens Bank outfit of crooks but totally legal in what they are doing to you have manufactured a fantastic cash grinding machine for themselves called their crooked bank fees!
I don't exactly remember what the exact fee was for this one anymore which had to do with your first over draft. It may have been $30.00. However, if you did not pay them what you owed them fast enough then in around six days later you got slammed with around a $39.00 over draft fee for being a bad person. This would keep on continuing these $39.00 over draft fees every six days later until everything you owed them somehow got finally paid off by you. This would add up into an entire fortune for them to strip right off the top of your direct deposit retirement check when it came into your checking account.
Other people told me that this Citizens Bank of Black Incarnated Rattlesnakes did the same thing to them.
I use to be with a really dinky Federal Credit Union located here and they told me that this is how all these banks make their money through the creation of their phony crooked bank fees!
When my first month was up and these crooks took everything that was due them, I went into the bank and closed out my account. They knew that everything had been paid back to them now. The finally blow was being told by these Black Rattlesnakes that I owed them $50.00 since I was not with them for at least four months. Yes, raped over with another fee. All the other bankers in town know everything about what this Citizens Bank has been pulling off.
When they were ripping me off for an easy $50.00, I made sure everybody in the bank heard me when I said very loud to them "I work for God. I don't work for Satan."
In fact, there are other banks such as HSBC that do the same thing to you if you close out your account with them to soon. Here is what I was told by a woman employee of HSBC and I quote. "Our fee is $25.00 and we would be loosing money if we didn't do this".
What a smooth rape job of our minds and wallets being told that they are going to be loosing money!
M & T Bank Inside This Crooked Banking Industry Are Protected Legal Swindlers
A couple of years ago M & T Bank gobbled up the Partners Trust Bank where I am living at. I was with this M & T Banking System of legal protected crooks and became so mad at their rip off get rich quickly over draft racket scheme of crooked bank fees that I just couldn't stand it anymore and got rid of them and signed up with Partners Trust Bank before they were bought up.
At the Partners Trust branch the Vice President was signing me up for a checking account. He was a very nice fellow. I asked him if he could put a Block on my checking account so that when it got drained down to around zero that nothing would be paid to start covering transactions which would start giving me over draft charges.
He never heard the term Block before and had to check with his superiors about what I wanted to do. When he came back he said "Yes, we can do that".
Everything was going pretty good with Partners Trust Bank until I heard that M & T Bank had gobbled them up and then I ended up again back with the miserable M & T Bank swindlers.
A software company had sent me back a refund on their product which didn't work. I was watching the online M & T Banking and saw that on a Wednesday the refund showed up being posted to my checking account. Within the next two days the posted refund disappeared. I called them and asked "Why did my posted refund disappear".
A woman was on the phone. You would not believe this totally incredible mumble jumble of nonsense that she threw at me. She must have worked for a dishonest car dealership before. I rapidly clicked her out of existence. Click.

I was interested in knowing more about the Chemung Canal Trust Company where I live so one day I went and talked to them about what they had to offer. When I walked out of the branch office that I was in, I picked up their list of fees. Just listed on the back sheet of their "Personal Account Fee Schedule" are 28 fees! More crooked bank fees such as Account Closed By Mail $25.00, Dormant Account $5.00 Per Month, and 26 Others.
Visions Federal Credit Union Sure Know How To Twist Facts Around
Presently for a long time now I have been a member of Visions Federal Credit Union whose banking relationship with me is rapidly coming to a quick end.
The war games with them started just recently when I was asking them for their help when the billing department of a company called Southern Tier Mini Van used my Visions bank combo debit/credit card to go into my checking account and fleece out of it $292.00 which was the total amount of their bill that I owed them without me giving them authorization to do so leaving me penniless for the entire month of April 2010!
I had to file a dispute letter with the credit union which I did explaining to the credit union that I never gave permission to the Southern Tier Mini Van Company to take out $292.00 from my checking account to pay off my bill. I received from the General Manager of the company a short letter defending themselves that they had did absolutely nothing wrong at all since in the past a month prior to when I would pay them when I got paid next time I would tell them that, yes, I will be making a payment around the first or second of next month. When it got really close to when I got paid again I would call them and tell them how much to take out of my checking account towards paying my bill because funds are going to be in the credit union around the first or second of the month again. Since I am considered to be retired, I only get paid once a month and they knew this.
However, this time I never called them around the first or second of the month to tell them how much to exactly take out of my checking account using my credit union combo bank card.
Therefore, I sent another final letter with a copy of this General Manager's rigamarole mumble jumbo letter to me who apparently doesn't understand yet the meaning of the word permission back to the credit union!
However, he sure knows the meaning of the word cash though!

In attempting to explain to me the rational of why I lost in my dispute to get back from these black slippery rattlesnakes my $292.00, this phony Dispute Analyst threw the word fraudulent right back into my face.

When I was trying to exist and survive in Tucson, Arizona a long time ago, I was in the process of trying to buy two hearing aides since I am almost totally deaf in both ears. You all know what the very first question is when your trying to take care of your medical problems.
Do you have insurance coverage and who is it?
In my particular case I have three medical insurance carriers. Medicare, United Health Care, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Only the United Health Care medical insurance coverage would pay anything at all to help me to buy two hearing aids.
When I was at a hearing aid business establishment going through the routine of taking a hearing test with a PhD audiologist and discussing how I was going to pay for just one hearing aid, I told the fellow in charge that this United Health Care medical insurance carrier is crooked and he confirmed it. In fact he told me that "They all are!".
For me, Medicare is the primary payee while United Health Care is secondary. United Health Care would usually pay nothing - zilch - towards the bill after Medicare paid its part. Sometimes I might see United Health Care pay $1.04 or a $1.40 towards the bill after Medicare paid its part first.
I obtained the United Health Care medical coverage when I was employed by the McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Corporation who years later was gobbled up and absorbed by the Boeing Aircraft Corporation. From what I can understand in regards to how much cash The Boeing Aircraft Corporation is paying out to United Health Care to keep me medically covered is around $12,000 per year, I believe.
